How to Apply

Follow these 3 simple phases to secure your seat at St. Xavier's HSS.



Note: One token can be used only to apply for one application.
eg: If student wants to apply for Science & Commerce he/she has to purchase 2 Prospectus tokens and so on.

01Phase 1: Buy Prospectus

Go to the 'Buy Prospectus' page.

Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number and Name.

Pay the prospectus fee using UPI, Card, or QR Code.

Your Token is already generated for application. A Safety mail with your Token is emailed.

NOTE: Please check MAIL SPAM if mail is not visible in INBOX.

Need not worry if Mail got Misplaced. Go to our website 'Admission Form' and type registered AADHAAR number. All unused tokens shall be visible

02Phase 2: Fill the Form

Login using your Aadhaar and the 'Token'.

Upload a clear photo of your SSC Marksheet.

Choose your Stream (Science, Commerce, etc.).

Fill all details and click the 'Submit' button.

03Phase 3: Check Status

Go to the 'Check Status' page.

Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number.

Check if you are 'Pending' or 'Approved'.

If Eligible, Complete Payment to mark your Seat
